What it means is stimulating the ovaries into producing eggs of sufficient quantity and quality, by giving certain hormonal injections in several programs, and providing the necessary hormones control (preventing premature ovulation) with the continuous monitoring using the vaginal Ultrasound.
The wife's first day of menstruation, is when she notices bleeding for the first time (night or day, little of a lot, dark or light), on this particular day or the day following, she should come to the hospital and to have an ultrasound check up, in some cases some hormonal tests as well, to start with the suitable ovulation induction program.
