2- Semen analysis using the Mackler method
3- Sperm motility test using the WHO method.
4- Test of the sperms morphology and abnormalities according to Kruger standards criteria’s.
5- Immunological tests of sperm (sperm-Mar)
6- Leuco screen
7- Test of the biochemical levels of certain sperm elements (Carnitine, Zinc, acid, fructose.)
8- Other medical tests adopted by world infertility treatment centers as DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) recently.
